We talk all the time about how important it is that a business, any business, keeps growing. Sometimes, the steps we need to take in order to grow are baby steps. We can put one foot in front of the other, and take change at a rate that we can maintain. Once in a while, though, the change we need is bigger.
Maybe it’s hiring that ‘A Player’ who comes along, even though it means making some extra room in the budget, or perhaps it’s a new piece of equipment that has the potential to change the game. For Arcade, right now, it’s moving to our first ‘bricks and mortar’ office.
We have run Arcade from a home office for the past 3 years, and it has worked out for us. After all, we spend a lot of our time at our clients’ locations, and we have access to some great training space thanks to our partnership with ABC of Western Washington. However, as time passed, it became clear to us that it was time to take a leap. It was time to grow. And we don’t do anything by halves.
So, it is with great pride (and some small trepidation) that we announce the Grand Opening of our shiny new office space at:

That isn’t the only change we’re making. Drop by our Open House on Thursday, August 3 4-8 pm, and not only will you be able to check out our new home, and meet some of the people who have made it possible for us to grow this far, you’ll also get a chance to meet our newest team member.
And since we’re making such drastic changes, it seems like as good a time as any to put a fresh coat of paint on our branding, with a new Logo and website. That’s not all, there are a few surprises still in the works.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating our big changes. After all, getting comfortable with change is kind of what Arcade is all about. So, in honor of our ongoing quest to embrace change, we’ll be featuring a series of blog posts about the process of growing into a new space, and a new phase of our business.
