If you’ve been around the Arcade offices in the last few months, you may have already met Dakota. He’s been helping us out with training sessions by facilitating some of our workshop activities when we need extra hands, taking lots of awesome photos, and making amazing espresso beverages during breaks.
We’re excited to announce this week that Dakota’s going to be spending a lot more time at Arcade!
While you will still definitely see Dakota at training sessions and during event facilitation, you can also expect to see him getting his work boots broken in while we spends more time getting to know the heart of our business in the construction industry.
Dakota comes to us a respected industry expert in the gaming world and a lifelong enthusiastic learner, but he is bringing a fresh set of eyes with regards to the ins and outs of construction. He’ll be spending time shadowing Jason during mentor coaching and project coaching and walking jobs sites on our Owners’ Rep projects, as well as helping Mary with marketing and content development, because everyone here at Arcade wears a lot of hats!
While you’ll see Dakota doing a little bit of everything as he gets his bearings, Dakota’s real strength is in working with people and creative problem solving, and he’s going to be a major asset occupying the third chair in our full scale consulting process.
As we bring Dakota onboard and he makes the transition to full fledged Wayfinder, we’ll be working to clarify our processes and make sure he has all the support he needs to be a Wayfinding Rockstar, and as we build those tools, we’ll be sure to share them here.
